The table:

Fulham play a day earlier than we do next, so if they lose at home to Sunderland we will be safe. As long as we match their result against Wigan we'll be playing Premier League football next season. A win against Wigan does that regardless.

Otherwise, we're looking at a last gasp end of season play off match at Booty Cove against Fulham.

Fulham drew 3-3 with Sunderland, meaning that not losing to the already relegated, bottom of the table, 81 goal conceding Wigan; will see us safe.

Can't see it happening, boss. :shifty:

GRcade Pirates’ Count Nood to strike until sold after Cuttooth insult

An extraordinary war of words erupted at strife-torn GRcade Pirates on Thursday night between Cuttooth and English midfielder Nood, who accused his manager of insulting him and vowed never to play for him again.

In an astonishing turn of events, Nood, 20, angrily attacked Cutty after his manager referred to him as 'Cosmo’s secret admirer' in the wake of the 2-2 draw with Bolton on Wednesday.

Nood, the subject of a £12.5 million bid from Liverpool, went on the offensive following Cuttooth's remarks but only after he went missing, having been told he would be a substitute at Bolton.

"First of all I wish to apologise to the fans for wanting to leave the club," Nood said. "However, having been insulted by Cuttooth, I will never play for him again while he remains Pirates manager.

"The club are aware there are offers on the table for me and they should accept one of them."

A source close to Nood added: "Count was already unhappy with Cutty about being told he wasn't playing at Bolton and didn't travel, but when he saw what he called him on TV he went mad. “
