Anyone bothering staying up for this? I've got tomorrow off but don't really know where to look for stream links and if they're not around then I may as well go to bed.

I watched Smackdown today. Like hell that was Jack Swagger's father; it was Bunkhouse Buck from WCW, who was managed by Tennessee Lee.

Lying strawberry floaters. Well I knew, even if absolutely nobody else has noticed. WCW FOREVER.

I genuinely can't believe this; during the Taylor/Sarita Street Fight on TNA iMPACT! this week, they rolled back the ring mats on the outside...to reveal they're WCW's old "flamed" mats for Nitro in 2000. I wonder who had them in lock-up all this time...

Someone phone Vince, they're using WWE owned property.

Wrestling Observer/PWinsider.com wrote:Tommy Dreamer has been making phone calls to his former co-workers from the ECW days to appear at TNA's Hard Justice pay-per-view.

Jeff Hardy is scheduled to return to court for his drug charges in North Carolina on Thursday, September 9th of this year.

Dixie Carter was said to be very nervous about her segment with Dreamer at Tuesday night's iMPACT tapings. Dixie asked for feedback from several people after the show and word is that Vince Russo was over-the-top with his praise for Dixie's work.

Arse kissing suck up.

Reason for change being: Orton wins MITB, Sheamus cheats to beat Cena, Orton cashes in and wins. Sets up Cena/Orton at Summerslam for the eleventy-billionth time.

Hopefully more light will be shed on their relationship when Dixie's shoot video comes out this week. Probably be up on the net a couple of days later but if it isn't then I should have it by Saturday (barring a major postal strawberry float up) so I can rip it for everyone.

Am I the only one brave/stupid enough to be going for somebody who isn't advertised for the match to win the Raw MITB?

I've gone with Wade Barrett. No particular reason other than a Cena/Barrett match for Summerslam. I suppose a Triple Threat involving Sheamus is also a possibility, which would mean Sheamus could retain tonight (& in all honesty should, unless they've completely lost the plot).

Does he not have a title shot for winning nxt already? Though it was all confirmed for slam.

I'd forgotten all about that, actually.

That would mean - if the match is going to happen at Summerslam - Sheamus is going to have to lose the title within the next few weeks (unless they go a Triple Threat of course...but why would Barrett want that?). Barrett vs Sheamus also makes no sense.

It was definitely stripped from him at some point. Might have been Bret.

Bollocks, you're right. Knew I should have picked superman for the cage win. Oh well... :fp:

Edit - was it? I blame the honeymoon.

Wasn't that all reinstated though when Nexus were given contracts?
