Didn't we have one of these a while back? Anyway, shall we move exam and results discussion out of The Chat Room Thread? It's important stuff and relegating it to the murky depths of Lewis' fit new girlfriend discussion seems a tad unfair.

If good idea, I'll get us started nextpost. If bad idea, lock I guess.

Had my GCSE Biology Module 3 exam today. Thought it was manageable; a few of the later questions on urine levels under ecstacy were a bit oof, but apart from that, manageable. Had GCSE English Lit yesterday. To Kill a Mockingbird and Hobson's Choice both had gifts for questions, in my opinion. The poem was a bit harder to get into but I thought I gave it a decent shot. Just got GCSE German (Listening) to do on Friday then I've got a week off! Hooray.

How're the other GCSE guys here finding it?

I think they wanted you to make the link between filtration levels stopping the kidney from taking the products of urine. That was a stupid question though, but they love throwing curveballs instead of testing you on the hundreds of other things from their textbooks that you spend ages learning :x I mean seriously, what the strawberry float is Aeriation?

I do it differently to you lot. I have Physic Modules 1,2 and 3 exam and Physics 4,5 and 6 exam (with all the sciences, not just Physics, that was an example).

I've had RE (failed, I could only answer two questions), Prep For Working Life (Pass but it's worthless), Linear Maths Non-Calc (Didn't revise, pleased with a C) and English Lit (Of Mice and Men section went well with a good question, Poetry I strawberry floated up on, quite badly). No more until after half term, 14 left now. Two of which are worthless and a couple of resits.

Had 3 exams so far, got two to go.

Complex Analysis - Was fine
Partial Differential Equations - was strawberry floating brutal. I didn't have a clue for most of it. C'mon 40%!
Communications - Also fine

Just got Operating Systems and Web Applications Engineering to go!

Actually that is bullshit! aside from resits, if you don't get at least Math and English A*- C then you limit your job prospecs.

First exam of my Finals tomorrow. Eight exams spread over three weeks. I need to average about 50% on these to get a 2:1, but I should be able to do better than that and I'm hoping for a 1st.

Tomorrow's exam is Bacterial Infections Of Man. Fairly confident, hopefully a question on bioterrorism will come up.
