It's just for forum members. It's only $3 so hopefully lots of new faces will show up and even if they have never played poker before they've probably got a better chance of winning the HU, Stud or Omaha than I do.

Ooh. Pokerstars has a Mac client.

It has been so long since I have played online. I remember when none of the sites supported the Mac.

No, you can just play one event if you want. It doesn't matter if you are bad at the other games though, I've never played Omaha and only played Stud a couple of times so you can't be much worse than me.

Just a reminder to those of you on the fence, it's only $3 to register and you can do so nice and early to make sure you don't miss it. Do it now!

I'm thinking about it. The timing might be a bit of a problem, though. Do I need to be at a computer at 7.30 on the dot?

It would help but if you're only going to be say, five minutes late, it wouldn't be too much hassle for your opponent to sit out until you are ready to go. If for instance you entered and drew me I'd be prepared to wait a certain amount of time (five minutes), but we can't wait too long because it's a tournament and it would hold everybody else up as the next round cannot start until all games in the previous round have finished.

With the Heads-Up tournament you don't want to be too late, but with the other tournaments you can probably get there 15-20 mins late and not lose too many chips (you still post blinds even if you aren't there).

Looking forward to tonight. Currently 8 runners. Hopefully we can get more. Hoping to maybe do well tonight. As long as I don't draw DML in the first round I might be favourite.
