I think it was 97. They should've kept on the beige kit for another year. I loved it

The colours are quite bad but the worst part is that it is an identical design to the home shirt. Seriously though, you would have thought that a club like Newcastle deserves at least some effort on their kits. I don't even think League Two has clubs with matching home and away designs.

Picture doesn't do it justice. It was bright yellow.

That shirt is legendary, purely for the photoshop of all the Liverpool fans with perms and moustaches.

Man Utd's new kit revealed

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sp ... nited.html

Apparently, I think it's the one with the black V shape on the front and you actually can see if you look at the picture closely.

That is not a photoshop. Surely.

The Man Utd shirt is has the black V going through both the Nike & Club logo, pretty much what Ronaldo wore.

Are they still sponsored by AIG next season? I liked that old school Man U jersey that was doing the rounds a while back.

We wore it as an alternative against Arsenal that year, but 98/99 was the pure white with red on top of the arms, I know because it was my first one to buy 8-)

I can't make my mind up about it, hopefully it will grow on me when I see it for real.
