Storyline:

The battle for Earth has ended but the battle for the universe has just begun. After returning to Cybertron, Starscream assumes command of the Decepticons, and has decided to return to Earth with force. The Autobots believing that peace was possible finds out that Megatron's dead body has been stolen from the US Military by Skorpinox and revives him using his own spark. Now Megatron is back seeking revenge and with Starscream and more Decepticon reinforcements on the way, the Autobots with reinforcements of their own, may have more to deal with then meets the eye.

couple of corrections about the opening post

The Fallen and Devastator are not Decepticons, they are a 3rd faction.

Wheelie is a former Decepticon who falls for Megan, Jetfire is also a former Decepticon.

HUGE ENDING SPOILERS

This time Prime owns all, after being stabbed and almost dying he is transported by Jetfire who like The Fallen has a Matrix in his chest that means he can open worm holes. Jetfire gets stabbed by Scorponok and then kills him. Jetfire offers his parts to save Prime. The happens and Prime becomes fecking HUGE and kills The Fallen and kicks all kinds of ass. Film ends with Megatron on board his ship looking at lots of new proto forms.......

Few more spoilers, 1 pretender is in the film/may or may not end up being Ravage. As she has a tail.

The twins start off working as one Ice Cream Van but then spilt up.

Twins both live by escaping through blasting out devastator’s eye.

Soundwave is in and a triple changer, space jet, satellite and robot.

No autobots are killed but Jetfire gives up his parts.

Scorponok doesn't make it.

Devastator is killed by Human rockets from a battle ship and planes.

Actually that's not quite true even though it is. They are indeed a third faction in the movie but they are still Decepticons. Notice any similarity between The Fallen's head and the Decepticon logo? Eeexactly.
