Lucky timing for Sunak just before the local elections. Similar to the timing of Irish politicians saying that 80% of Ireland’s illegal immigrants have been entering via first heading into Northern Ireland with the motivation being to avoid ending up in Rwanda.

Not that it's sufficient to change the kicking the Tories will get on Thursday.

Andrew Marr's article in The New Statesman reckons that Labour might keep the Rwanda policy at least until a UK-EU agreement has been reached.

That's not actually the Rwanda scheme though is it? That's someone who voluntarily chose to go there rather than his home country after his claim was rejected.

Plus he was actually a Rwandan who was here on holiday and spotted a chance to earn a few quid plus a free flight home.

Kind of surprised the Conservative candidate is polling as high as 32%.

Check out my YouTube channel!

Coincidentally, the Lib Dem candidate's name is what Susan Hall likes to call half of the people in London.

According to the Yougov poll, 11% of the 18-24 age group are voting Count Binface, only 8% voting for Susan Hall.

They are the demographic most effected by rampant croissant inflation, so it makes sense.

"This could be huge for the Tories."

Huge? For who? Who would even want this for anyone? Not even the over 75s would agree to this.

That's the point of the tweet. It's not saying it would be huge in a good way for the Tories.

I'm bored of work now at 40, another 35 years would be a bit depressing.

Don't worry about it. WW3 is just around the corner so we'll never get close to 75 anyway. :toot:
