I have unlimited internet from 12am-8am, but it is capped the rest of the time.

I would like to leave my Xbox running and downloading stuff from 12am, however I don't want to leave it going for 8 hours as after about 30 minutes it sounds like it's on the verge of exploding, let alone 8 hours.

Is it possible to set it to turn itself off after a certain amount of time?

8 hours is the only built in option.

You can install a timer on the plug though.

Edit: Actually, Theres a built in option to finish downloads when you turn it off. Sort of like a standby, and when theyre done it turns itself off completely.
