That was just a sommersault! (Oh how happy I was to see Hayden in pieces! If only somebody did that for real  )

Again, those were big jumps, but hardly unscalable heights...

We have a winnar!

Well, clearly Maul's had TWO crystals - one in each end. This is certainly suggested by each 'blade' forming seperately.

As much as I enjoyed the Dooku fights, his age really showed through with the constant rubbish extreme close-ups. When he fights Yoda, he even becomes CGI! Sith was better, but he wasn't exactly acrobatic in that either, was he?

Darth Maul was such a breath of fresh air for jedi-sith combat - especially that scene where he goes one-on-one with Obi-wan after taking care of Qui-gon (where he keeps doing 180's with the dual-sabre)... shame he had to die, really :( .

Maul should have survived PM and replaced the Dooku character in AotC and RotS.

Ten minutes of Darth Maul related WTF:

And yeah, Qui Gon Jinn and Maul were both so full of win. I guess that's Lucas all over though. strawberry floating things up completely.

I honestly don't see how Anakin's jumps the prequels were any different/harder/higher/required the force to Luke's in Empire :?

When I first saw Yoda fighting I thought it was the best Star Wars moment EVER. But then watching AOTC and ROTS recently there was just something wrong with the Yoda fights for me, probs the green screen/CGI. It just felt wrong, am I the only one thinking this?

See Maul and to an extent Grevious were what Sith should be, if you can count Grevious as a Sith. They were scary/dark/disfigured/freaks basically and just down right evil and that's why they were "good" sith if you get what I mean. Dooku was just an old man who had turned to the Dark side because he had an obsession with force lightning so it seems.

Oh Mic
