Same here, its free on the nintendo site if you've registered the game.

Says enough for the qaulity of the game that the music gets me nostalgic for it and I'm not even finished yet.

electric gut buster!

I never found I had to grind until near the very end of the game, and even that was only really to do some optional stuff that involved fighting the insane level enemies that make the final boss look like a pushover.

I'm only about halfway through the game and I have never had to grind for experience. There are so many side-quests you can do which not only probably end up making you kill lots of gooseberry fool but they also give experience rewards which means you can generally be fine while doing the story.

Maybe it is best you do a little grinding though as you've just started. Once you manage to get a little advantage going, it should continue throughout the game.

I had to grind near the end of game. Didn't do any of the side quests though.

Got back into this again as my PC is broken and oh my god it is amazing. I'm playing on a small, old and crappy TV and everything looks beautiful (Fallen Arm from above at night  ). 70 hours in and I think there must be at least another 30 on offer or so I hope. If X is as half as good as this, I would definitely pick up a Wii U just for that game.

So, are any of the recent buyers from Argos looking at starting this soon?

I've had it on my shelf for ages and really should get around to it - it's between this, Tales of Vesperia and Skyrim for my next massive gaming project.

God I love Dunban's speech in the intro.

Vile Mechon, if you think the homs, the people of Bionis, are just waiting here for you to pick us off, YOU ARE SORELY MISTAKEN

Spoiler boxed for MEGA SPOILERS!!!!!! DO NOT OPEN UNLESS YOU'RE DONE!!!!
Fiora is by far my favourite character. I felt genuinely shocked when she was killed. As the game progressed though and we learned more and more about the Mechon, I started to dare and hope....and my hope was fantastically rewarded when we got Mecha-Fiora who was an incredible badass

Picked up a copy from Argos yesterday and spent 30 mins on it to date. (I have no idea where I am going to find time to actually play this!) Anyway, that's a big beginning! Epic!

(PS - a big thanks to Dark Dragon 64!)

Only another 129.5 hours to go then. :slol:

Gutted I missed that Argos offer. Would have picked up another copy. Once I start my new job I am going to grab the art book and soundtrack as they are both excellent.

Put this on for the 1st time in ages. I'm sure there used to be a marker for the main quest, but that seems to be gone now. How do I put it back on?
