Yes! I knew keeping the faith in NOE (such that it is) would work!

Re-watching the trailer on the website is just  I know its a Wii game but it has some very impressive draw distances and kind of reminds me of Monster Hunter Tri crossed with Final Fantasy XII. I hope this is the big June release so I have something to play over the summer.

So the voice cast for this game could be pretty interesting. Peter Dickson, the voice of the announcer in Kinect Sports and X Factor (among many, many other things), is a voice in the game, which seems to suggest that the English cast, or at least some of them, are being sourced "locally" rather than the usual US cast used in RPGs. If they pull it off then it should give it a pretty unique sound. Seems to suggest that it might not come to NOA after all, if NOE are handling the voice work themselves (NOA did Disaster, even though it wasn't released there in the end) too.

He says it'll be out in September:

Just finished my voice acting on Xenoblade Chronicles The Biggest RPG for the Wii. I play emperor Sorean the emperor of high Entia. Out Sept

Sounds interesting. Can't say I'm a fan of Peter Dickson or anything, but it's quite surprising. September .

That's my mockup of the day. That cover would look sweet in a black box.

The first is my favourite, closely followed by the second. Not so keen on the other two at all.

Voted for cover#2. I liked cover one, but two is prettier. Last one is allright and I don't really like third one (which is in fourth place)

I like cover #1 the best, so I voted for that. I realised afterwards that the art on the website is probably going to be the traditional cover and that is already pretty similar to #1 so I probably should have voted #2 for some variety in styles. Ah well, but it is nice to see NOE getting a bit viral with this! It's unlikely to sell to the casual Wii crowd, so getting the word out virally to gamers seems like an excellent way of building up hype.

A pleasant change from whiney American anime voiceovers.

Exactly. Final Fantasy XII and Dragon Quest VIII had amazing voice acting with British actors, actually fits the genre much better than American teens :x

Music in this is second to none.
