According to a mate at Gamestation, Game group is having a kind of war of wits with Activision at the moment. They cant shift their remaining 11,000 copies of Modern Warfare 2 apparently, and Acti wont take them back
And to top it off they charge Game £38 per copy of Transformers..so its either sell it at a loss, jack the price up to £45, or dont sell it...
lol ive heard about these issues, thinking about it my friend works at gamestation he's a supervisor, i think i will ahve a chat with him , see what gossip he has on this.
Friend of mine at Game seems to think its because Game don't see it or
Blur as 'system sellers' like the COD series and like so many other retailers are refusing to stock said titles in any numbers. Wouldn't be the first time a retailer has snubbed a game because of low sale expectations, regardless of the games quality.
