Man this is so cool! I doubt i could have done a full episode though, i would be strawberry floated after running to the starting point for each challenge :fp:

I didn't do any training specific to it, I'd been doing the starting strength weightlifting programme before I ever knew I was going on the show and already had quite a decent level of fitness to begin with, I only found out 3 days before I flew out that I was going on the show so its not like I could have prepared for it anyway.

However the staff choose a range of fitness levels so you get some people who are very athletic and others who are just old, unfit, fat women.

So looking forward to this, its been a long time arriving!

The Beeb has messed this about so much in the schedules. I kept missing the start of the other episodes because I thought they'd be on at the same time.

This sounds like it will be great, hope someone remembers to record it.

The missus and I are looking forward to it. We both love wipeout.

Lame. The second half of this show clashs with TV Burp.

Have to catch a train at 5.30pm tonight so I'm not going to be able to enjoy this 'live'. Will have to iplayer it tomorrow.
