Maybe a little too early to tell, but Uncharted is the genre benchmark nowadays so it's bound to borrow from it to an extent.

Looks much better than any of the previous Tomb Raider games as far as I can see.

Should be great.

Underworld is my favourite. This one doesn't look so great and will be the first one in the series that I don't pick up.

This does seem to have been influenced by Uncharted a hell of a lot.

Going from the new trailer I can't say I'm excited for this at all. It doesn't look like proper tomb raider. :/

Which is why as a game it's simply not needed. Had this been called anything other than Tomb Raider it would have probably died a horrible death at retail.

You would be better off picking up Uncharted 2 & 3 and a copy of Tomb Raider Anniversary.

They should have let Lara die off when she still had some dignity.

I was kinda under the impression that this was open world ? but as others have said from that trailer it looks to be like Uncharted. It's also to dark for my liking. I want really beautiful bright locations in games like this.

The last few games have been okay, but because they never sold as well as they did back in the day, it gets rebooted. Again. :fp:

Now they just end up alienating the people who have actually bought the games previously.

Why do you think that? :simper:
