I love how the blood stays on the mat unlike the Smackdown! games.
Also - the menu song is straight out of SvR2009
Is that the song that plays when you first start the demo? If so that is the UFC theme song
At the UFC love.Like everyone has been saying there is a hell of a lot of depth to this game. Even after the tutorial I was like "this is going to take some time". The characters modesl of the actual characters are brilliant especially when the game starts. But like yukes other games, the crowd and other personalities are a bit, well meh if i'm honest. Bruce Buffer looks a little odd (ok he looks a little odd in real life but not so much)
I'm going to give Albear suggestion and rack of the difficulty, once I was getting into the swing of things I was winning a few times. As for a knockout, is there actually logic to it? Like if he steps and you kick him in the head at the right time, he drops or is it more random. Either way, it looks flipping great.
Knocked Liddell to the floor and he was semi concious, ran over to him, threw in a superman punch and continued to ground & pound until I wa taking back by the referee
Also tried Red Faction, I came away pleasently suprised
It looks like a poor man's Mass Effect but there is no denying how fun it was to get in a mech and smash the gooseberry fool out of the buildings! The map looked 'Far Cry 2' in size and depth so i'm pretty sure the game will get very repetitive but maybe a pick up on the cheap
Lode Runner - Slow, gooseberry fool graphics, gooseberry fool design. In no way worth 1200 points
