Anyone else buy the DragonForce pack for GHIII? I only even got close to finished Operation Ground and Pound on Expert. I think i'll go do them on Hard later, just so it's not a complete waste of money. So bloody hard!

It's great, really fun to sing, terrific on bass, and decent on drums. Only the guitar track is slightly weedy, although there are some tricky rythms in there to through you off, and some Green + Orange chords, which I can't do.

Not giving any real information about what's wrong but the problem could be up to a couple of weeks to fix. Only thing I can think of would be the game having issues with songs that have no vocals, requiring a patch of some sort. Although you'd expect a problem like that to have been noticed and taken care of before the day they release the dlc.

Wonder what they are going to replace it with? Not likely to be an album, unless they have the charting work done well in advance.

Didn't they say it was going to be this Autumn? I can't see it coming out before 2009 though. I estimate March-June 09.

The Autumn release is for the States, but nothing has been mentioned for elsewhere. It would be great if we were to see Rock Band 2 released before the end of the year, but knowing what EA was like in releasing the original, we may not see RB2 until the time T-Mag suggested

In that link about the Rush delay they mentioned something about releasing some new DLC to tide us over or whatever for this week.

Will all the DLC for the PS3 version go up on the Friday of release or how will it work. Iv got an import version but could never get too download stuff from the U.S. store.

I can't see us having to wait as long as last time since they will have more production capacity than they had with the first game. Hard to see it before december and I hope we won't have to wait beyond february.

Guitar Hero took five months to be released here after the US release, then Guitar Hero 2 came out here just two weeks after the Americans got it. So, I'm cautiously optimistic, at least we'll be able to play the new DLC in Rock Band if we do have to wait.

GHI and II were both published by RedOctane (or Activision for the 360 version), which is slightly different compared to EA. After all, they did take quite a few months to release Rock Band over here, so I'd be surprised if they didn't do the same.

I'm hoping that the huge delay for the first Rock Band was caused by the hardware and that they can release the Rock Band 2 disc much nearer to the US release.

I'm rubbish. I just can't beat my final song required to complete guitar on hard. It's the Molly Hatchet one and I HATE it! I think I need to go into practice and make sure I can nail the hard solo.
