...for 36 hours?!? Crumbs!
I was woken up by someone in the same flat banging cupboards/doors at 0530 this morning so it seems that, whatever is going on with the water, they don't seem too bothered by it.

I *knew* something was up. Another neighbour approached me about the strange goings-on and... things have got serious. Wil update once it's all over.

I can't say more. Nobody is in immediate danger but investigation is needed. No idea when/how long it'll take.
