I've had three different ankle injuries in as many weeks. The latter two were enough to cause me to miss days at Uni, the first time I missed three days, the second time, last week, I was off all week. I haven't been able to get to the library so I now have fallen behind in my assignments, and I have a strawberry floating overdue book and can't pay the Goddamn fees. I need to try to get extensions tomorrow but I don't know that they'll accept my reasoning. I haven't told them it's a football injury, maybe they'll be ok if I say I just went over on the ankle - the ligaments are weak due to a previous injury back in 2005.

tl;dr I've missed a lot of Uni through external circumstances and I'm falling behind and I dunno if I'll get extensions. Am I just being wound too tight?

I'm working on my backlog of Neighbours episodes. Just 5 left and I'll be up to date. Though I'll not finish tonight, already watched like 5 episodes. Too much Lyn. :x

I'd rather have an episode consisting entirely of Lyn's misadventures than the dross they had on Tuesday's episode.

Damn it my teacher said he doesn't want me to write my paper on my chosen topic because all the scientific papiers I found were from other disciplines (because I had read the papers in another class and just wanted to re-use them). Don't suppose anyone knows any articles about the effects of tourism on host cultures, published in a Sociology journal?

Yay, professor gave us an extension on the sociology paper.

Boo, I got a 50% on that modern art paper that I wrote a few weeks ago, fortunately so did more then half the class so she's letting everyone re-write it.

Seeing that picture of Bunches in a dress in the GR legends thread got me thinking, who would make a better woman, Bunches or G-Rat?

well im home currently because i was being nice and going with my GF to meet her friend for her birthday, the meet up was in some shitty chav place in norwich. I wasnt allowed in as the rule is you are not allowed to wear trainers. What a joke some places are, my trainers are quite nice as well , classic style converse and very clean but of course they let in every single type of skinny jeans wearing pointy shoe idiots who will probably drink to much and pass out. No loss really but places like that are bloody annoying

Contradiction. Are we just throwing the word "chav" at everything we have a grudge against now?
