Rightey, why not think about things that are meaningful and releveant? It just looks like you've made a list of oriental-sounding names at random which maybe isn't the best way to go. (EDIT: This post could betray my ignorance of whatever on Earth it is that's involved in martial arts besides hitting people, but there you are!)

That's not my list. It's a list of suggestions from my teacher. All the names are either styles, forms, or moves. Since every move that you do in martial arts actually has a proper name. So for example a straight punch, isn't actually called a straight punch, the proper name is fist that moves an iron mountain. I know it sounds stereotypical but it's the truth, after all stereotypes always come from somewhere.

Although they are just suggestions and I could go with something else. Personally I'd like something plant based, as whenever you see names it's always a ferocious animal, but plants always amaze me.

The lion as strong as marble sounds cool, but I know that marble is actually quite a weak stone, especially against acid.

Rightey why not use an actual ching chong Chinese name for the martial arts school? You can spell it out phonetically with Roman letters and choose one with a cool Kanji so you can put that on the advertising and shorts and stuff with the 'English' underneath.

Assuming your school is Chinese here, could easily be something else I suppose.

The name I would choose would have to be translated into Vietnamese, for all the ones that I listed above I already know the Vietnamese name, I was just listing what the translation was for you as giving you the vietnamese name didn't really matter. So for example King of the dragons translates to Hoang Long, and The Black Dragon translates to HAC LONG. So if I chose King of the Dragons, for example, the schools name would be Hoang Long.

Just a side note here, I'm not starting a school as in my own business thing, I just teach at a local YMCA, and so the only difference is that we might eventually end up getting some club badges or something.

My dad and his girlfriend got me two pairs of jeans, a shirt and some new boxers, so I guess I got pants aye. I hate getting socks and clothes, but I needed them and he offered.
