Next week set it to slag mode, excepting connections from every tom, dick and harry. But mainly us on Banjo.

DMZ'd and disabled router firewall seemed to do it

hopefully next week should be trouble free.

An absolutely woeful performance from me tonight. Rock up about an hour late then proceed to come last in both games.

At least my Normandy has allowed to me leave with some self respect.

Multiplayer (sluggish) Madness

Urgh, what a week. Connection errors up the wazzoo meant the session took far longer than usual, but they were played (eventually)!

Hurdles

1) Bandwagon
2) Roonmastor
3) T9Flake
4) Dalagonash

Band and Roon cleverly bypassed all that hurdles nonsense by taking to the skies whilst Dala and T9 fumbled around with unwieldy land vehicles.

SUMO!

1) Bandwagon
2) T9Flake
3) Roonmastor
4) Dalagonash

Bandwagon's immovable monster stood firm as the other three rolled around the arena, unfortunately the rubbish host forgot to save the replay so no pictures of this one.

Football (LOG's choice)

1) T9Flake
2) Dalagonash
3) Roonmastor
4) Bandwagon

A fairly unremarkable game of Footy, everyone tried their hardest and these were the results.

Small Spiral Circuit (aka - In the water again) (LOG's choice)

1) Dalagonash
2) Bandwagon
3) T9Flake
4) Roonmastor

Everyone seemed a little more sure footed this week but still the sadistic LOG's surreal vehicle design saw many players suffer severe comeuppance for the slightest accident.

Football (LOG's choice)

1) Dalagonash
1) Roonmastor
3) T9Flake
4) Bandwagon
5) JK
6) StayDead

Joined by more players the second round of football saw many players yelling and squealing with the eventual result being a tie for first.

Don't lose your nuts! (LOG's choice)

1) Dalagonash
2) Bandwagon
3) T9Flake
4) Roonmastor
5) JK

A fairly un eventful race that saw Dalagonash lead most the way.

This Week's positions!

In sixth place - Image StayDead!

In fifth place - Image JK!

In fourth place - Image Roonmastor!

In third place - Image T9!

In second place - Image Bandwagon!

And in first place - Image Dalagonash!

If it wasn't for an improved performance in the LOGs choice games Dalagonash wouldn't have been anywhere near first.

Weekly Awards!

Supreme Sculptor:
1 - T9Flake – 25
2 - JK - 24
2 - Dalagonash – 24
4 - Roonmastor - 21
5 - Bandwagon - 20
6 - Mokeyjoe - 17
7 - StayDead –11

Lots of shuffling as the competition for first place heats up with the leaders separated by so few points that anyone could snatch the lead.

Challenge Champion:
1 - Dalagonash – 36
2 - Bandwagon – 32
3 - T9Flake – 30
4 - Roonmastor – 29
5 - Mokeyjoe – 25
6 - JK – 24
7 - StayDead - 17
8 - Seven – 12

Dala starts to pull away from the competition as the positions start to become more defined, but one slip could mean a sharp plummet for any contestant.

Multiplayer Master:
1 – Bandwagon - 36
2 – Roonmastor - 32
2 – T9 Flake - 32
4 – JK - 29
5 – Dalagonash – 26
6 – StayDead – 10
7 - Mokeyjoe - 5

No movement in positions apart from StayDead overtaking Mokey ‘I’m too busy playing Baloletta’ joe. Oh and Roon and T9 are now equal.

Supreme GR Banjo Nuts & Bolts Amazo-Tournament Leaderboard!
1 – Bandwagon - 88
2 – T9Flake - 87
3 – Dalagonash - 86
4 – Roonmastor - 82
5 – JK - 77
6 – Mokeyjoe - 47
7 – StayDead - 38
8 – Seven – 12

Absolutely no change in the overall leaderboard but just look how close the top positions are, nary enough space for a cream cracker between them! It wouldn't take much for one of them to slip from a coverted top spot whilst it'll take JK something special to muscle his way into a podium position.

WEEK 5

Replica

Banjostone car

Image

Banjo’s been binging on some classic cartoons this week and demands that he has his very own version of the Flintstone’s trademark foot propelled vehicle for next time he visits Terrydactyland so he can mingle better with the cave dwelling folk.

Deadline – Blueprints to be sent to me by Thursday 25th at 7pm, please include your name in the title. Voting thread will appear on Friday in GGC.

Image

Challenge challenge

Nutty Acres, Act 6, Challenge 2 – Freewheel Festival

Only one rule here – keep moving. Your power is cut and it’s up to you to simply keep a rolling.

Deadline – Times will be checked on Thursday 25th at 6pm, make sure Dalagonash is your friend on Live!

Mad Cap Multiplayer

Next week’s confirmed race is Egg ‘n’ Spoon and the confirmed Sport is Darts: up to the Oche. Egg ‘n’ spoon means you need to contain a nut around the jiggoseum whilst Darts involves guiding a vehicle to various points markers after your power is cut. These will be followed by two random sports and two random random races with LOG’s choice of vehicles.

Be there, 7:30, next Thursday.

I think I'm going to get quite a good score in the challenge as well.

EDIT: Right, my finger hurts now. The top scores on this are ridiculous.
