Arshavin can just strawberry float the strawberry float off with strawberry floating gooseberry fool like that.

United dominated us in the first half, but I thought we were much improved in the second. Yennaris coming on shored us up defensively, but also made Walcott more effective (not by much, but it did help). The Ox was immense, and deserved better than he got. The only reason I can think that Ox went off instead of Walcott was that Arshavin's work rate would expose Yennaris more, so he put him on Vermaelen's side. Ox and Walcott were swapping over first half though, so that's still not a great reason. I feel sorry for Ramsey, he's trying but it's not going for him at the moment. Rosicky's been decent in the past few games. Mertesacker had a good game (actually beat the keeper with a shot towards the end :o ), Koscielny was great.

Despite my opening sentence, I have to agree that booing a manager and a player in the game before the player has even kicked the ball is out of order. It's nothing but damaging to team spirit and morale. There are 166.5 hours in the rest of the week to moan about mistakes. Just get behind the team for the 90, and air your displeasure after.

I liked before the game when he was asked where the important areas were going to be, and essentially said "United's area, Arsenal's area, and the midfield

Very happy with that result. Thought United played well first half but were second best for large parts of the second. Showed a lot of character after Arsenal drew level to go on and grab the winner. Still hanging on in there.

Really expected Arsenal to go for it fatre they equalised but they didn't really. Look very lightweight in too many key areas.

I think the difference between Tottenham and Arsenal was quite striking today.

Source?

And Warnock would be the most pointless replacement ever.

I expect the Prem top 4 to stay the same now until the end of the season, with only United and City possibly swapping places.

And I fear the worst for Pompey after the latest news :fp: Run by strawberry floating idiots :x

 Some Arsenal fan on my facebook commenting about the "plastic manc armchair fans". Obviously he is one of those hardcore Arsenal fans who boos their own players because they lose by 1 goal to the current champions. Real fans

Good results today... y'know, if Lolerpool hadn't strawberry floated up yesterday against strawberry floating Bolton. Such a wasted opportunity to close the gap. Ah well.

Shocking behavior from Balotelli. I love the guy but, c'mon that's just not on. Better get a ban for that.

Was what Arshavin did really that bad? I mean sure he messed up a bit by falling for pretty obvious trick, but he isn't a defender. He did chase back and got in front of Valencia but he laid it off nicely for Welbeck. Nobody else tried to block it. Maybe I just feel sorry for him because he was welcomed onto the pitch by boos.

Some Arsenal "fans" need to get a grip. We lost to the champions 2-1 with so many players missing (I realised United had players missing too - but not as many, and they're better than us to start with).

Djourou needs to be dumped back to 4th choice CB. Yennaris made a few rookie mistakes, but was much more effective.

The sub decision was terrible - even if he wanted to bring The Ox off, why not bring on Benayoun? He's literally more effective in every department than Arshavin.

So 4th seems tough now, but not impossible. Another way to get back in to the CL- win it this year! :shifty:

Realistic plan - go all out for the FA Cup. City are already out, soon to be followed by either United or Pool. An actual trophy would help make up for finishing outside the top 4.

I did this by severing my real arms and replacing them with super-human cyborg arms.

They were gonna boo him after the loss no matter what.

Every Arsenal fan at the game has a right to question what Wenger did, but you don't do it in that manner and definitely not during the game. Bunch of mentals.

I've honestly never known a club boo their team quite as much as Arsenal. I get they are frustrated (probably an understatement) but booing the team is no help whatsoever.
