Lampard has never even scored at a tournament, nothing but a total failure in an England shirt. Gerrard is the much better player, and probably the best captain England could have right now, except from maybe Parker.

Agreed, I wasnt saying that, just saying that if gerrard goes, which he should do, then he shouldnt be a starter,
