I had an 'introduction to politics' exam a week ago, went quite well. I've got an 'introduction to philosophy' tomorrow, shouldn't be too difficult to pass. That's followed by 'logic & critical reasoning' the day after; which is much harder, and I'm shitting myself a little. Then I've got 'introduction to European politics' on the 27th, which shouldn't be too hard, but is the strawberry floating worst course I've ever done and I want to die every time I do it. :fp:

Ah yeah, I used to hate the month of May back when I was in school.

Now I just hate every month.

I have my first exam (Continuous Mathematics for Computer Science) tomorrow morning.
I'm not expecting to do well at all, if I can scrape 40% I'll be very happy.

Then another Maths exam on Friday :|

I have one exam left in my Quantity Surveying Course, it's on Friday. Hopefully it won't go too bad, i had 1 today which went better then expected and my other 2 didn't produce any major problems so here is hoping! :)

I've got four exams coming up starting next tuesday, final year university:

Greece: Empire, War and Diplomacy in the 5th and 4th Century BC
Roman Social History in the Late Republic/Early Empire
Rome and the North West Frontiers
Onset of Revolution: Rome 148 - 78 BC

FUN.

I've had 3 exams so far. Classical Mechanics which was pretty damn handy. Had Thermodynamics, Statistical Mechanics and Special Relativity on Monday. 3 modules on one exam, it was absolutely horrible, i may have failed it. I've got Applied Electromagnetics on Wed and then i'm finished, gonna go on the tear something serious!

I'm in third year of university by the way.

not fun, had a computing resit that required me to make an app, document it (ended up being 40pages) then taking that document into an exam and referencing to just a couple of lines of it.

then had another 2 electronics resits that went quite well. will have the A2 computing and electronics and music tech (2 of each) in 15 days, there all a day after each other :fp:

better than last year, i had 2 electronics then 2 computing exams all in 1 day, without being let out to do anything (and only allowed to piss for about 40 minutes in between) and when the exams are 1.30 hours each, its not fun.

but FINALLY handed in all million pages and songs of coursework, so i just have revision to do. good luck to all.

The file holding one piece of my coursework got corrupted today, hours of work down the drain. I have a backup, but I neglected to update it for some time. I have to rewrite half of that crap by the end of tomorrow. :(

Friend of mine who fell in with the wrong crowd, an hour before his exam, got caught stealing beer (which he'd be drinking that night) and missed both the exam through custody, and the night through jail  :fp:

Finished my second year exams yesterday (or two days ago looking at the clock). All splendid fun, as the titles will demonstrate: Structural Analysis (actually I do rather like this module); Hydraulics (again, jolly interesting but I hadn't done enough work); Law, Economics and Accounting (the joke module they have each year) and Engineering Analysis (again, interesting stuff but he set a very hard paper).

Think I've passed them all, and with reasonable coursework and very good January results, I should still be at 2:1 level at the end of the year.

More importantly, had a major mash up after the last exam - a morning paper - which I'm only just recovering from. Yikes.

I set my alarm for 6:25 (but actually woke up at 5:30) as I thought my exam was in the morning and I would have to leave my flat at 7:30, but it turns out the exam isn't until this afternoon :fp:

That also means I'm not going to have much time to revise for tomorrows exam :|

It's about contract law, managing budgets and negligence/liability, so it is pretty relevant to project management. Last semester we had to learn C++ ... I have no idea what the point of that was.

I'm doing 2 for the end of my second year at uni doing War Studies, I had an exam on Terrorism yesterday, and this evening at 6pm (wtf?) I have an exam on the Cold War.

Luckily, I also did a module on Vietnam which doesn't have an exam, and having been told the broad topics likely to be on the Cold War exam, i'm going to do the questions on Vietnam and the decision to use the atomic bomb at the end of WWII. Shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I don't have a clue how I'm supposed to revise for listening, so I've just practised reading exercises in casei pick up a new word somewhere along the line that comes up tomorrow.

Never listen to the Germans boy !

It seems like years since I had to do any of the crap. For me it was Standard Grades ( I went to school in Scotland). Its amazing how little an impact my result had on the rest of my life...

Can't seem to motivate myself to stay sat at my desk and revise for these exams next week. The three hardest modules of my final year, but because the first isn't until Tuesday, my brain's in that "don't worry about it, plenty of time" mode, and completely failing to acknowledge that all three are within four days of each other. The worst one's the last too, so I probably won't even get round to starting revision for that until Thursday afternoon.

Same here. I have exams on the 1st, 2nd and 4th June... then one on the 15th.

Only my second year mind, and it's quite good cause the easy exams are first and the hardest last. And I get to finish on the Monday of the last week which means I can go out loads  .

Can't believe how quickly my second year at Uni has gone. Feels like yesterday it was Freshers' week.
