I got a job in Wetherspoon yesterday. First since leaving uni, and the pay is shocking. Probably under £12k per year, before tax. That's utter wank.

I've applied for about 70 jobs and I've still got nothing, I somehow failed the online questionnaire for Marks and Spencer, strawberry float knows how, I answered dishonestly, chose the answers I thought they'd want to hear.

Nah, Boots are being extra stingy this year. I've only just managed to get a job doing the same thing I was doing part time before I went to uni, somehow for less pay.

I seem to have ended up i a fowl mood this evening, I think because I was working until 7 and then didn't get home until 8. I tried ringing my girlfriend as I was walking home, but there was no answer. Then, as soon as I get in the door and think, right, I'm gonna get changed and grab me some fish and chips, she calls back, and insists on rabbiting on for ages about her pharmacy course and yadda yadda. I just wanted some food for ffs. I really am starting to dislike this long distance relationship malarkey, again.

Judge Dread has just started on Film4.

Im out of work too. It makes me feel so crap when I know there's 1000s jobs out there I can do, but can't get interviews for.

150 odd miles or so. Was fine when we were at uni together, but I've finished, and she's got another year there. I'm only getting to see her about once a month now.
