Just a few that have stood out as wrong.
I'm sorry suzzopher, but Outtrigger? You've got to be joking.
Also 100 (or even 5) slightly different JRPGs shouldn't all make the list.
And as much as I love the LucasArts adventure games, I think just one or two is enough.

I'm glad Eternal Darkness and Jungle Beat have already been mentioned.

Crackdown.
About 10 times more fun than GTA 3-4.

Once we've got 100, they should probably all be compiled into the first post and sorted by some kind of ranking system.
