Care to elaborate?

Well, look what a ridiculous number of games there are. Three or four perhaps will do pretty well, and one or two reasonably high-profile games will tank, along with a couple of potentially innovative curios. I fear for de Blob, no matter how good it may be, and Sonic Chronicles could well fall by the wayside too. I'm not entirely confident in Wario either.

I think all of those games will do as expected to be honest, Sonic'll get shoved in DS bundles, Wario has something of a cult following and I doubt THQ will have been expecting big things from de Blob, although it is a lovely idea - one that cropped up in my own notebooks many times.

Actually considering how 'Indie' de Blob is releasing it on such a busy week is a very daft decision. No one will get games like that with big budget hype-a-ton releases out the same week. A less active spring date would let it fare better.

I'm pretty sure Sonic Chronicles will do well with the face of Sonic, if not as well as Rush. I'll be much upset if Wario Land underperforms though

De Blob has been sponsoring WWE programming on Sky the past few weeks, which will no doubt help.

Well...yes. Considerably. But as Asda keep on telling us, Every Little Helps, right?

Fallout 3 in 2 weeks - cannot wait.

I want to get Duke Nukem 3D too but i don't have the money, without having to miss out on Fallout 3 and Fable 2 (eventually).

It had a front and back cover of MCV too, if they market it well there's no reason it can't be a success, the Wii's thrown away the rule book in that regard.

Duke Nukem 3D for me. I'd like to get Pure too, but I'll pick it up at a later date.

Not sure any of those are out this week, you know.

Duke Nukem for sure and probably Wipeout if it is 1080p and 60fps.

Any scores for the Brothers In Arms games? Is the Wii game a port?

All Wii owners should buy or at least rent de Blob.

I would buy Mega Man 9 on the Wii, but I'm just about to send my Wii off to Nintendo to get the disc drive fixed so it'll have to wait. I may go for Wipeout HD, which I'll definitely get at some point but maybe not right away.

But it'll be so much cheaper when it tanks. Its a tricky one, support new and innovative games by buying them at launch or wait a while and save money.
