It looks like the cast is trying to copy the old one. There's an Asian fella, a black guy, and one of them has to be gay.

New cast = Fail

They obviously want a new cast every two years so people starting college can follow it until they go to uni or whatever. I loved the first two series and the characters but don't have much interest due to the new cast, might watch it though but not religously. Espcially considering Lost and 24 are kicking off. Also all my mates agree that Sid was basically me which is good and bad.

The black guy from the origianal was amazing, winston? or something?

Series 2 was a bit gooseberry fool, I hope they can drag it up with this series with a whole new cast who knows?

Saw the advert for this about a week or two ago. Looks even worse than the previous two series and that's an accomplishment.

It's turned into american pie, keeping one random origanal cast member on, whilst replacing the others, (Stifler and Jims dad are like the only people that occassionaly frequent the shitty AP films now!)

Hardly, they've just done a cast change. It makes sense, following the older kids to Uni would change the show dramatically.

And besides, you could say the same about 24.

I only properly saw the second series of Skins but this one looks wack mayne. The stories weren't really all that great but the characters made up for it. The new characters look like copies of the old ones. So whats the point, the might as well have kept the old cast.

Anyway, I ain't got E4 or nothing so Ima peep this when it's on channel 4.

Never really got into the first series (never watched the second). Just didn't like the premise or characters. They're just like all those annoying teen-cunts I hate in real life.

I saw Effy in Central London last year. Didn't know there was a new series so thanks for the heads up. Will any of the old cast be in this, seeing as one of the main character's sister is a main character in this.

A friend of mine auditioned for JJ. This guy looks like a tit.

They always have to have names like that don't they. Oh yeah, because 18 years ago, in 1991, your parents decided that Cook is a good first name.
