I love Frasier and Friends, though the former more so by quite a distance. But both are very fun shows, and perfect cheer-up material. I really should nab a few Fraiser boxsets...

Never seen Seinfeld sadly, sure wish they'd show it over here as I'd probably love it.

Seinfeld is monumentally unfunny.

Frasier is alright, but too formulaic and too often dull.

Friends is good. It's no masterpiece but it's got a sharp script and good performances.

If I might add another show to the mix, Scrubs is probably better than any of them.

That's true. The most recent serieses are dreadful. It became way too self-indulgent. Friends did a similar thing. It got to the point where all the jokes were just references to character traits. Lol Monica's tidy, lol Phoebe's kooky, etc.

I would argue that, for the last 2 seasons, Friends did actually at least acknowledge this self-parody and try and strike out it's own storylines again.

With, admittedly, mixed success.

I think the problem was that Chandler was given, for about 3 straight seasons, all the best lines. So, in order to establish some equilibrium, he was neutered from there forward which led to them struggling for a long time to find another source of the cutting comedy that made seasons 1-3 so good.

Scrubs just ate itself, as a comedy with such a self-referential level of surreality was bound to do.
