I hear that a Green Party councillor that was elected in Leeds tweeted in support of the Israel attacks back in October. Not a particularly good look, the party needs to vet their candidates better.

Is this the one that shouted "Allahu Akbar" or did they actually do something this time to get the Pearl Clutches going?

I saw some commentator say that the whole "Kahn isn't doing well as expected" thing (way before any info could be known) was to lay the groundwork for when he won via (mostly via?) postal votes. But then he did well across the board

No, no we don't want to be seen as racist, we'll just tie individuals voting power to the amount of land owned. One vote per square meter.

They should do, but I doubt it.

Looking back I think I might be wrong. I seem to remember Labour not really taking a stance against it, but reading the old articles they always seem to be quoted criticising it.

Probably best to wait to see if it benefits them or not

The watchdog found that voter ID will benefit the Tories, so there is a chance Labour repeal the requirement on that measure alone.

However, I don't think they will. I think they will increase options of valid ID (they will adjust the old person's bus pass/young person's travel card thing in the blink of an eye) and possibly improve access to free valid ID for those without, but that's it.

They'll use it as an excuse to bring in mandatory ID cards for all.
