I think rake kills any reasonable win rate at stakes below 50/100NL. After like 100 hands you'll both have 75% of the stacks you started with.

Ok, that makes sense. Will probably stick to 6 max atm.

Was $250. Will send on FT now. Having to download it though lol.

Uh the play on ipoker is bad enough to make it profitable IMO. The problem is traffic really. I stopped playing HU because about 10 regs sit at al the tables and whenever you sit with them they play 2 hands then sit out again. Might be different at 20 but got annoying never having any action. They literally sit there all strawberry floating day.

Ecno surely you can satelite in? I might try get into some bigger events there. I will send back the $200 actually and keep the $50 if that's cool? Time to get into some events. :)

None. Going to Bath for a bit and my sister took her mobile net thing back. Probs very little MTT action for a bit.

That's fine.

Maybe I'll do a satelite.

Looks excellent, will start reading soon. Have $150 in Celeb Poker so going to try and do a similar thing with a mix of 5NL and 10NL onwards.

Overall roll is just below $500, but rather than going straight to 25NL I'd rather try and learn from the bottom again.

Should I change the title to Running Bad? :(

I think the problem is that I'm not that good at it. I find you have to concentrate more. And it's limit so I'm like 1 more bet can't hurt. Also I ran bad recently.

Guys, seeing as the GRSOP hasn't materialised yet, I'd like to request that it starts around the 15th of September. I have had holidays booked for ages that finish before that time, but they start around next week.

I posted last month to say that it'd be like last year during October in the run up to the WSOP ME FT. Don't recall anyone saying that it was a bad time for them.

If you like we can start the planning? FYI this was the schedule we played last year.

Event #1: $3 Heads Up No Limit Hold'em Shootout
Event #2: $3 Seven Card Stud
Event #3: $3 Pot Limit Omaha
Event #4: $10 No Limit Hold'em Main Event

I've spoken with a couple of people regarding an 8-game tournament but have received mixed impressions from the idea. This is our series so obviously I'd love everyone's thoughts on this (and any other events you may wish to suggest!).

8 game and High Roller event.

Field size for 8 game would be too small. How much do you think the High Roller event should be priced at?

Somewhere between $25-50. I'd say $50 because it's the same 5x that the WSOP event is but I'd think that be a bit much. Which is why something closer to $25 would be best.

Surely the 8 game wouldn't be any smaller than the Stud?

Edit: Perhaps a 6max aswell?

IMO $25 for High Roller event. Gotta make it a good amount whilst still being affordable to enough people to make it worthwhile.

Also played some over the last few hours and it doesn't bod well for my trip to the casino later. :(
