I'll take action if I reach the main event itself.

There's always satellites for the Sunday majors and if you qualify you can unregister and your account will be given the buyin amount in Tourney dollars. You can use these to play tournaments and sit and go's any time.

Sweet QQ in the SB. Let's hope I get some action from it.
Good spot for QQ here. Apart from UTG I've probably got the best hand so I'll push here to hopefully get any raggy aces out of the pot and isolate the initial raiser.

Two callers is a bit of a surprise. I wonder what the second caller has. Definitely nothing that has me beat.

That's a shame. I'm just about to pop out so I guess I can't play in that. May play a little tonight, but struggling to have the enthusiasm for some reason...

Let us know how you fare!
Rinsed the cash tables down Grosevenor last night for about £390.
Really crazy hand:
I was texting on my phone and I was in the BB the card lands on my phone as a lift it up. Dealer announces Q of spades exposed to the table and I keep my card. 4 way limped pot. Q4Q flop. I check as apparently because my card was exposed I am not allowed to be the aggressor. But I am aware there is a guy pretty drunk with headphones in oblivious to the action of the table with about £70 in his stack (he has already spewn about £300 to the table).
I check he bets pot sized I call. Blank turn. I check he bets pot again, I call. Blank river. He jams what is like £50 in all in and I call for the reason that I know he was unaware I had trips whilst the rest of the table new. Dealer announced I had trip Qs before I turned my hand over the guy had taken his headphoens off and asked the dealer how he knew that and the dealer said 'I announced Qs exposed. He started getting really angry about the situation and believing that he should have had been made aware even though he had his headphones on.
Floor manager comes over, the table agrees with the dealer when he said I announced Qs shown. I was never the aggressor and the guy had just missed the fact that my queen was shown. Floor manager dictated that I win the pot and lack of table awareness is not a viable reason to split the pot up.

I played a few micro MTTs earlier, mainly the $2.50 turbo 180s. Ran terrible in almost all of them but finally made a 2nd place in a $2.50 180 man for ~$80.
Just reached the cash in an $8 MTT too, but was planning on going out tonight so not sure if i'll continue with it much longer.

Nice! Would have been well unfair if you'd lost the decision on that pot. If someone chooses to wear headphones then they can only blame themselves if they miss something.

I won a jackpot hand last night!
Quad 3s scooped me £40! Would have been double that, but someone hit a Royal Flush the night before.
Busted out in seventh 9-9<A-K. At least the buy-in was covered and more with that hand though.
