Does anyone know of a place which has a dynamite HEM HUD setup for cash? I've been looking for one but can't find anything :( Might have to just reconfigure it myself, even though I'm a little lazy.

Anyway, I'm starting one of those challenge blog/threads on 2+2 if anyone wishes to follow it:

Good stuff, I'll follow that.

You mention you have a bankroll of $1300 and want to get to $1500 at the end of the year to play NL50. Why not start playing NL50 now and put a stop-loss on your bankroll at $1000? So if you lose 6-buyins at NL50 then you'll drop back down to NL25.

The difference between $1300 and $1500 @NL50 is only 4 buy-ins and your graphs are very good so it might be worth taking a shot at NL50 now and just be sure to move back down if it doesn't work out.

Soze makes a good post with a nice colourful display.

Edit: I knows it's for PT3 not HEM but I think his format is good. Not too sure what all the stats are though!

Subbed to your thread Nova.

Regarding the HUD, make sure you've got it set up to filter by how many people are at the table so you don't get HU stats skewing the output and causing you to make a mistake. HUD Options-> HUD Filters, I've got mine filtered for 2 players, 3-6 and up to 10 if that helps.

3 bet is definitely something I'm looking to reduce. I think it's just because I wasn't doing it enough before, and went overkill a little. If anything it's nice to be able to reduce it as my next thing to work on. I'm also looking to play less pots OOP, so 3 betting less from the blinds will be a nice way for that to work out.

Thanks Sykes (How do you subscribe to threads btw?):D I'm definitely going to keep it updated as I look critically at the days session. I've got loads to work on obviously, but I think toning down aggression is easier than starting to use it in the first place.

And Satriales, I see what you're saying, and I am certainly taking some shots at $50NL, but I'd quite like to just get to that point first before I start doing it proper. I'm not entirely sure why, but I do play 4-6 tables at a time and perhaps I do begin to think of the money!

Luw, yes that post is mine :)

Just bought a £50 gift voucher for amazon for 5500 fpps. Got me the new black ops and a new gaming mouse for a little more!

That's 'freerolling' baby. Was gonna buy it anyway so i guess it's just like spending my rakeback!

I straddled at a £1/£1 cash table at the casino in portsmouth last night. I was basically on high stakes poker!

Only had 2 large hands the entire time I sat down.

The rest was winning/losing small pots at an equal rate.

Guy raises 6X in MP I'm in the big blind with KQhh 2 others call so I get involved too. Flop is rainbow 25K. OR leads out for £15 I call. HUP to the turn (he has me covered). It's another brick.

Pot is now £54. I lead out for £35 he flats. River a ten. At this point I think I might be better to bet all in rather than be left to call the all in but he was fiddling with his cards like he is going to fold if I do. So factoring in the read and showdown value I check and he insta checks back and I show for the £120 scoop. He tells me he had ace hi!

Same guy for another hand leads out with his same old 6X. I threebet to £15. The button with big slick he flats he checks I c-bet the QQ7 flop for £20 he ships all in for another £100 on me. I tank it and fold. Didn't know whether to call or not considering previous hands.

So that saw me leave with the £100 I sat down with. Then I put £5 on even and won!

I played at a casino the other week while drunk and tried to bluff a millionaire off the pot with 8 high ( :fp: ).
