No. I was under the gun, he was under the gun plus one.

What was his stack like with regards to starting stack? Nevertheless in that situation I would probably have folded with the rest of the table still to act.

I just folded 88 pre-flop as there was an UTG raise and then a re-raise just before me, only for the flop to be 388 and then both of them went all-in on that flop :fp:

And yeah DML, you got donked out but 60% favourite for your tournament life isn't too shabby. Keep plugging away.

I folded AJ today to a raise and reraise, only to find the two all ins were A2 vs QJ on PP :mrgreen:

Bankroll is now at $320, could have cashed lots today but lost three handed AQ vs AK and lost a big hand with AK on a 20-man.

Well I came 2nd in one of them and 5th in the other (top 4 got paid :fp:

).

The 5th place was really annoying as I was chip leader with about 8k and a few of the short stacks were on about 1.5k. One of the short stacks went all-in with AK and I called with JJ but they won. After that I kept getting unlucky against the shorties with things like AJ bs A9 and AQ vs A3.

The 2nd place was also really annoying as I went in head up with 20k chips and the other guy only had 5k but he went all-in every single hand. I eventually called one of his all-ins with A9s and he had J3o but hit a jack and a 2,4 and 5 came up so even the ace wouldn't have helped me. He carried on going all-in every hand but the one time I get a KK he folded. I think I eventually lost with AJ vs K9.

Yeah it was a good fold as they had KK and JJ, but it was very annoying seeing the other two 8's on the flop. I was very close to calling actually as it wasn't a huge raise, the only reason I didn't was because I thought the UTG guy might have reraised it again, but he didn't.

12th out of 25 tonight. I'll take that after recent results. Never really got going, and it took two all-ins to keep me in.

Decided to play some tournaments today. First one. Get it all in pre with QQ early on. Fast blind structure and small stacks. Get called by A9s, KJo and AKo. A hits.

Gonna have a bash at the 3 euro rebuy at half past.

Nearing the end of rebuy period. Fell to 2/3 starting stack and got AI with KQ vs AJ and lost. Rebuy! Also playing the 10 Euro rebuy shortly.

Doubled up then took an add on. Now on over 20BB. All the action (and hopefully me running good) starts here.

EDIT: lol nope. Got nowhere. Had to push J9 and got called by someone who limped then called all in for 2.5k when they had ~9k and they only had JT. Was a bit odd to call. I know I shove lots but he has to know he is beat so much!

Anyway. Sat in 20th (139 left) in the 10 euro rebuy (6k GTD). Top 20 paid. First is 1800

Playing on PP with three fish, an all in with 22 just beat QT after T hit the flop (he rivered a 2), and I'm now short stacked so I shove a weak guy with AT. He thinks, then calls with A8.

Rather I was beaten by something like that earlier.
