Lost 2 hands in about 3 minutes in the same way- flopping straights, leading, then the opponent draws a Full House off the last card. Ouch.

Hampshire locals check this out!

POKERDOGSUK
DEEPSTACK LEAGUE

Join your local pub/club for a chance to win a seat into a Deepstack event in Europe.
This is freerolling at its best because pub/club poker is free to play.

You will earn points over a period of months and the top percentage of players will then play in a final poker day to see who will represent the pokerdogs and your pub/club in a major deepstack event that could net you a possible £30,000.

You will not be alone on your quest either because we are looking to place 4-8 players in the deepstack events, also admin will be there to help and encourage you along.

If this is the kind of poker you like then get involved as soon as possible, you have nothing to lose.

The structure is this..

League games Final game

20,000 chip stack 40,000
20 min starting clock 30 min starting clock
100/200 start blinds 25/50 start blinds
7.30 start till finish Start time TBA

Here is the best bit, if you get to the finals you will only play against a maximum of 10 players to win your all-inclusive package to a Deepstack avent in Europe because the finals are a Shootout format..for example if there are 5 packages to be won then there will only be 5 tables..the winner from each gets a package, Happy days.

Running quite bad at the moment. Normal live rebuy.

Check call a flop of A-10-7 with A-Q. Put him all in for 50 percent of his stack on the turn 4. He called - shows K-4 and rivers another 4.

Thoughts on shove please. Luwinski wasn't a fan.

My image is tight and aggressive, I haven't been to showdown without the best hand yet and all of the hands I have shown have been strong. Villain is loose and aggressive, splashing about in a lot of pots and he seems to be the weak link left at the table. His raise sizes have varied (3x,4x,5x all done) but given the lack of times he's gone to showdown I'm not sure what these mean.

Poker Stars $4.10+$0.40 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t800/t1600 Blinds + t150 - 5 players
DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

BTN: t51490 M = 16.35
Hero (SB): t41410 M = 13.15
BB: t66157 M = 21.00
UTG: t42684 M = 13.55
CO: t68259 M = 21.67

Pre Flop: (t3150) Hero is SB with KImage JImage
UTG raises to t6400, 2 folds, Hero raises to t41260 all in, 1 fold, UTG calls t34860

I've never been a fan of trying to outplay someone pre-flop when I've got a playable stack.

If you're really attached to the hand, and want to get info on the guy, wait to see if you catch and can take it somewhere.

You're out of position, but you can probably get two streets of check-call value if you connect nicely.

Ultimately, you should know that he's not raising that big UTG with air.

K-J is definitely not a hand I'm looking to reshove, even more so unsuited. You might as well be shoving Q-10. A better spot will come by far.

Calling is really bad in my opinion - its a train largely to nowhere in an inflated pot. The King flops - he shoves, where does that leave you? Just show more discipline and fold. K-Q should be regularly hitting the muck, never mind K-J.

It's not just the hand you have but the justification for playing your hand that way. You said 'I've only got 25 big blinds' amongst other justifications.

On another note check the hand which occurs at about 35 min - 41 mins. Really REALLY weird!

Yeah I read about that when it happened. Such an angle shoot. Apparently he pulled that trick 3 or 4 times in that tournament. Prick. Don't understand Yanayt's call though. Big respect to the TD for owning him, mind.
