Guy who chopped with me with the last hand just gave me a cooler three handed, TT into KK. Would have been same if he had TT. Sucks a bit

Still, basically $700, gotta be pleased.

Tbh, I took my roll down to $750 to pay for some stuff, and also haven't been able to stop winning recently. So this basically plugged that up :) Roll should be around $1400 (I'll check later - got money coming in and out of account to different sites atm), and I'll leave about $350 in FT (going to try RB) and $150 in Pokerstars for now.

Still have the deal with Celeb, but I hated it last time I played it (a week ago). So many people end up sat out (the 6-max was like 3 max) and the proper donks rarely have more than half stack unfortunately. I know that's the same as stars but it's frustrating. Also, when one donk three bet shoved the button with Q3 and I called with JJ, it certainly lowered my variance, as I only lose $8 when he binked a Q rather than a whole stack

I'm having another good day at the 180 mans. Completed 12 so far today and got 3rd twice, so up $327 so far. 8-)

Edit: I had three more tables still running and managed to get another 3rd, so profit for the day (2.5hrs) from 15 tourneys is $527

I'm getting scared to keep playing these as my run good is sure to run out soon sending me on an epic downswing...

I'm running like Calamity James right now. Spunked off £50 last night.

Raise by me, re-raise by only guy left, I call with 88. The flop is 8-2-K, I'm sitting smug. I raise to avoid suspicion, he re-raises all-in. I call half anticipating KK, but unable to fold, he has 22. Turn is another 2. FML.

Cash table at a Gala casino. I can't even complain about any of his play, I'm just running horrendously.

Has to depend on the table. There you're only being called by a nuts spade draw or the better set. I'd hate to slow play it, see the flush made and then beg the board to pair. If he won't call a 4x raise, he wouldn't call a 3x.

I don't slowplay either on such a wet board in this spot. They'll stack off with AQ (if they're standard donks), and will often call for the flush draw, as it's not all their chips and most never care as long as they're not all-in.

Clarky, do you play much online? We need you in the OP.

EDIT - Anyway, I played 6000 hands of Rush Poker this week. $12 down with an EV of $86 (lul) but I get a $25 bonus for completing 4 days and the RB means it's not too bad. I'm returning to Stars though, for now, just because with Goldstar my RB is effectively worth more than at FTP and very comparable to iPoker. Obv that could change in the new year though.
