I've sent the details for the Omaha event out (with the wrong title). If I've missed anyone, let me know.

In another tournament I get it in with JJ v AT. I flop a set but they make a flush on the river. :|

I decided to play some cash tables on Full Tilt but now I know why I hate playing cash so much.

I had AA on the button. UTG raise from $0.10 to $0.40. SOme guy in middle position raises it to $1.20. I'm confident of getting action so I shove all-in making it $10.00. UTG calls and other guy folds. UTG has KTo, but he flops two pair and wins the hand. :fp:

Five minutes later and I have KK on the button again. UTG raises like before, I re-raise, he raises it again and so I shove and he calls. He has K3 so I have him completely dominated, but he makes a flush and wins the hand. :fp:

A bit later I get it all-in pre with KK again against A4o and surprise surprise an ace comes up. :fp:

So my full tilt roll has gone from $70 to $40 in under an hour. I'm going back to tournaments :|

Well that's the wrong attitude IMO. Surely it makes you even more +EV at cash games. If you get it in amazingly good and lose then you just accept it. Be happy you were + in the hand. There isn't any kind of "Oh I just run better at tournaments" about it. I think you should try playing some serious volume. You seem to play, lose then tell us about it. Why not properly play like 20k hands or something.

It happens every session. I spend an hour or two playing some good poker and then a donk will go all-in with K3 and beat my KK which destroys all the profit I made.
Cash just isn't for me.

I win tournaments ;)

Edit: But seriously, I'm either really unlucky at cash or i'm playing it wrong, but I don't see how I can play it much differently. Today I wasn't bluffing at all, I was just playing tight waiting for good hands and then playing those agressively. I don't know what it is but I just never seem to have a good session.

I'll just stick to tournaments. I enjoy them more and I do better at them.

Cash isn't luck. You play enough hands so 19% of underpairs will crack your overpairs.

I bet Aaron he cannot play 50k hands in a week. He seems to think he can do it if he didn't go to uni or anything. Bet is not "on" yet but I am pretty condident he wouldn't make it.

I reckon I could easily play 50k hands in a week. Would have to 8 table and have nothing better to do with my life for a week. Whether I could do it profitably or not is a different question.

I just accidently registered for a $55 MTT and it had already started so I couldn't unregister. :fp:
It's the daily 80k, but I thought it was the daily 30k which I play sometimes and only costs $11.

Edit: First break and I'm slightly above average. As expected the standard of play is much higher than I'm used to, here they actually respect your raises. Some of the play is a bit weird though, lots of limping and min-raises even in early position and with small blinds. :?

Been watching for a bit but I have to sleep now sadly. So before I do, best of luck. Well done already tbh but wow you could make some seriouso moneys here. Shotgun $100 if you win. (Or maybe host a GR freeroll!)

gg anyway. Expect results when I wake up.
