That was such a weird Matrix game. I'm always in a hurry as we have a local pub quiz (and by local I man like 1 minute away) at 8:30 so I'm always in a rush during these matrix games. There was some really weird calls going on though. I was quite short stacked with A7s and got put all-in (and lost to someone) with K4o, also I saw someone go all-in with KK and get called (and lose to) 85.

The idiots seemed to dominate.

Just suffered a painful blow. Cashed in 16th in a 180-man 4$ tourney, losing out with AQ vs 33. It was painful because moments before, I could have tripled up with 99 but folded. I needed to take the chance there really, but didn't.

What on earth? I get KK on each table I'm playing twice in quick succession. Am unlucky in one to get up against aces and crash out, but on the other I get all my chips in KK against J10 on a Jack high board, with the board also pairing. The river is a Jack!

Not playing much at all atm. I am going to be very busy in the coming months with exams and what not. I'm also probably going to merge my roll with life roll so I technically have 0 roll. Basically I want to spend some of it and I am having a lot of bills too recently so I need to borrow some of it. I think basically my play is going to slow down until the summer where I will start a fresh playing HU hopefully with whatever roll I give myself.

Watch HSP ep 2 earlier. Tom Dwan is a sicko. Awesome hand. After it was amazing that he could read Eastegate so well and said he folded the best hand. How could he know where he was so damn well.

Dwan is actually turning around in my estimates recently. That massive raise was amazing, really impressive.

Mind you, its the sort of move that could only work at high stakes. Dwan is showing hes the best player in the world at the moment. I said Eastgate would win the WSOP Main Event back when the November Nine were revealed, and hes continued to impress. Hes not the best player there, but hes shown he can mix it with the best - even if he hasnt got the bankroll to back it up!

Some easy all-ins just there, propelling me to the chip lead momentarily.

Been a bit of a set back with the 50% RB @ prop poker. We had to sign up with the guys promocode which I didn't have. If you haven't signed up we can sort you out but if you have it might be harder. I am looking into it now...

Thats three heads up in a row I have had someone dominated all in , and the third time a rivered ac has crippled me. Bastard game.

I'm now down on my bankroll, I'm so pissed off. The poker gods wont leave me be at the moment.

I managed to cash 54th in Ante Up (didn't really like it though) and 3rd in a 2$ 90-man tourney. I should have closed out the 90 man tourney really, would have doubled my winnings - but that's part of the learning curve, I'll learn how to play big stack final table by playing a couple more 90/180 man tourneys.

Yeah! Went from last out of the last 7 in a 27 man 1$ to winning it

I had 4k to my opponents 22k in HU, but managed to turn it on it's head, sniffing out a few bluffs and getting him to call everything I bet, for some reason.

I was just going to shove and be done with it, but I need to learn to get as deep as possible. If I get that late in a tourney, there's a good difference between 1st and 2nd.

So I've spent 3.60$ and ended $6.40 in profit. Good return
