Just played some SNG games. 1st, 3rd, and 8th. (And got one going at bubble atm). Had two wow hands.

Managed to claw my way back to third in that one ^^

I've been playing some really good poker over the past week. It seems I'm becoming more consistent as for the first time my graph is looking quite stable . I had one really bad moment a few hours ago when in the first few hands of a SNG I went all in with 55 on a board with 3 overcards, a real :fp:

moment where afterwards you think wtf did I just do. Collin Moshman's book has really helped me understand the game a lot better, a recommended read for any SNG player.

I deposited $50 a few weeks ago, and my FT balance currently stands at $75

What sites does everyone play at, I had/have an account at Pacific Poker but it is mostly dead now. I probably won't be able to oin properly for a while but I'm just intrigued as to where people play now.

13 SNG's today:

12 1.15$ where its 10 players winners get $2 so they tend to be nice and easy cashed in 8
1 5.40$where its 10 players winners get $10 cashed in 1.

I decided to join Pokerstars (username: satriales3). I can't believe how rubbish the players are there :lol:

I just sat at one $0.05/0.10 cash table with $5 and in less than 20mins I was up to $20. Every time I hit a good hand (such as quads) I was getting multiple callers all the way to the river.
One hand I had AQ and I raised pre-flop, just one person called and the flop came down 665. I was sure I was ahead and the other guy only had about $4 so I put him all-in and he instantly called with Q3 :fp:

. Easy money.

Good stuff guys. Glad things are on the up Lonestar and good run slayer!

I had a pretty crappy day yesterday. Played 4 $22 SNG and did great making moneys. I then played 8 $11 games and cashed in ONE and that was 3rd! Total SnG profit down to $47.

May play some this evening.

Lonestar what sort of things have you picked up from the book? I don't wanna waste moneys on stuff I already know pretty well.

Sykes is currently deep in a 180 man SnG. Made the money too with 14 left. If he can take it down it is a massive boost to his roll!

In the most VITAL LPPL game ever, I'm totally and utterly luckless. I didnt hit the board ONCE.

Either way, I scraped to 15th out of 20, which nets me a few points, just got to wait for the leaderboard to update to see if Im close enough to turn up as a reserve.

Still, won the cash game.

I played one of those 180 man SnG's earlier (just a $2.20 one) and came 10th. Could of done better if my AA hadn't got beaten by 66 to knock me out
