I'm getting good at hitting rivers these days. These two hand were almost one after the other, there was just one hand between them:
^ I know it looks like I played this really bad, but I actualy misread the situation. When the guy raised pre-flop I thought he was a short stack and had gone all-in which is why I just called, but the result would have been the same if I had raised anyway as he isn't going to fold AK.

That was enough to get a small cash, sadly it was only £11 more than I paid but its still profit. It came down to two monster stacks, and two little-uns (me and the guy to my left) and it really was who could avoid going out first. The other guy picked up A-J, pushed, got called by A-K, but hit a Jack to stay in. So I was very much the lone short stack then, a couple of hands later pushed with K-Q, which was called by A-7, which held.
Nearly borked myself completely earlier on when I made an awful read holding Q-6 in the BB and ended up donating a lot of my stack to a higher two pair. It was shovy-shovy to get back into it, but when I did it with my big hands A-A and A-K, I just couldnt get the callers to put me up top.
Pleased with cashing, but dissappointed with that one hand - as I played well otherwise. Think I would have been top three for sure without that hand, as it was I was a lucky Jack falling away from it anyway. Not bad, but we can do better.

I'm doing quite well in my $11 MTT. There were 6950 starters and now it's down to 57 and I'm 13th thanks to a double-up with this hand:

I was beginning to strugle but got KK just when I needed it. So 4/15 now

And out in 8th for $800.
I feel I could have done better but I got into a bit of a Blind fight which ruined my chances. In hindsight I should have reraised this guy pre-flop but as I only had 83 and I hadn't seen him limp in the SB before I decided to check and see a free flop. The table was full of aggressive fishes and when this guy played back at me he really could have had anything. The turn would have given me two-pair anyway so I think I was always getting it all-in on this hand
The very next hand I get JJ and make a small comeback but then blinds pass me and I am desperate again. I shove with KT into AK and that is that. Still not a bad result and 6950 must be the largest number of players that I've got through to make a Final Table.

Get on a decent stack in a 4.40, then get crippled when AK beats my KK, only for me to hang on for an hour and get QQ in the BB and get beaten by KT
