Ok. We have 2 sofas and 1 sofa bed. Zinger has the sofa bed since he is staying here forever anyway. Slayer takes one sofa on account of coming really far and simply having to stay over. This leaves on sofa and 3 people. Not really happy about Gaz driving home even though he said he might. Jamie is there any chance you can drive home + someone can stay at yours like satriales? It's also on his way home basically. We can only really have one more stay over. I mean you can probs but you might have to sleep in your car/standing up.

So Sykes, satriales and Jamie need to try sort this one out. We can have one stay over but I am not picking peoples.

I was planning on bringing a sleeping bad and just finding a spot on the floor. If there's no space then I can drive back, it's not a problem.

We will definitely host. Silly you driving back the same day. Just makes more sense if at least one person can stay at someone else's place since we have a 2 bedroom house. Sykes and Jamie live pretty close tbh and Jamie is on the way home for you (ish) so optimal is you stay at his and sykes at ours or Sykes and Jamie drive home and you stay at ours. Need other people to post really.

If it really comes to it everyone can stay here but I warned you about the room. I'll just be off to my nice double bed and you can sort the rest out yourselves!!!

I'm sure we can find a sleeping bag sized space for me somewhere :P but if it really is too cramped then i'll go with whatever plan you guys come up with.

Anyway, I'm the first one out of the Titan tournament again this week

I had some ultra agressive guy on my table who bet every flop and 3bet a good portion of the time. I had 66 and the flop was 57J. He made a pot size bet of about 450 and I knew my 66 was good so I went all-in for just over 2k. He called for all of his stack with just ace high and then spiked an ace on the river

In tournaments it's sometimes best to fold small edges against players you are alot better than.

I was 72% favourite when we got it all-in which is a pretty good edge, plus most of the time they will fold with ace high and I pick up 900 chips (about 40% of my stack). I don't think the play was bad, I just got unlucky.

You were unlucky Sat. My Titan Tournie was an absolute unmitigated disaster.

:fp:

If theres anything worse then being card-dead, its getting loads of strong hands, and not being able to win anything with them. I had Aces four times, once I doubled - but the other times I won a small stack or it folded to me. I had Queens, Jacks, Nines, Sevens twice, Fives in a hand with Drummy where the board was 7-7-2 and Threes. And yet, every time the worse scenario seemed to come out, A-high boards with Kings, A-high board with Queens, raises every hand bar the one I decide to trap. I dont think I hit a board in any decent way until right at the end.

To be honest I thought I was awful as well which didnt help, guess theres always next time.

Maybe because you'll get more chances to chip up off them later on with hands you're more certain with?

Can't really have someone stay here I'm afraid as it's my parents' house. I don't mind driving home though, so don't worry about saving me a space.

Just received G casino poker schedule for the month.

Sunday is a £50 super satellite to the UKIPT (£500 + £50) on 8th-11th.

Sunday usually has a £15 freezeout at 1600 as well though.

Not a great event, I know I won't be able to play that.

I just hope the £15 Freezeout is on.

If we were to swap half our action for the satellite say, I could always play the UKIPT if either of us got the seat and you would get half of anything I win from that.

Yeah I don't think i'd want to play that either, much prefer a freezeout.

Hmm. That's not so great, is it? I was hoping for epic £30 freezeout action.

Imagine qualifying for a £500 tournament...
