Shoved Q-Q over a UTG PFR for 11BBs, got called by A-Qo, hits an Ace straight off.

Was up against that whole tournie, miracle I survived as long as I did.

Yeah he left the year I started so I don't know him personally but lots of people do so I check for his name. Pretty sick. He did very well last year too.

Come on Lodden, I don't much care for Bellande though.

Glossary:

A big blind special - When you pick up a crappy hand in the big blind that you would not normally play. It gets limped to you and you check only to flop 2 pair or better.
A collossal waste of time - Sykes playing basically any MTT
The head's up machine - Another name for DML
"Going for the straight" - Something you say when you get J9

Notable players:

GOLDRUSHGRANNY - Ijoker Regular and always on my table
MaroonFive - Ecno imposter

FOR FFS. Getting tons of bad beats at the moment but this takes the cake.

Playing $30 Freezeout on ipoker, JJ in the cut off, I make a good raise and get three callers. Flop comes 4JK. Flop checks around to me, the pot is 2800, I have 4.2k behind. I bet half pot (1400) with the intention of shipping on the turn, but instead I'm raised enough to put me all in. One other player calls this raise and obv I do as well. Turn is a 4 so I fill up and pot is big enough to catapult the winner into the chips lead. The raiser guy checks and the caller bets like half pot again. Raiser folds and the other guy flips over 44 for quads and the chip lead. :|

Playing the nightly 90 grand on stars. And on Full Tilt the $69 6max about 10 places away from the bubble.

I played a couple of MTTs but nothing went my way. I got knocked out of the first tournament by getting it all in on the turn with top set vs AA but he hits one of his two outs on the river.
In the second tourney I'm 2nd in chips at our table for most of the tournament so not doing too badly. Then I get it in on flop with a set of jacks v QQ but he runner runners a straight. The very next hand I have AK and shove my remaining chips but the same guy who had QQ now has AA to knock me out. :x
