About 600, so it wasn't like I was well on my way - but Queens into Kings and then THAT?! The only reason I was still in after the first one was due to some skill play in grinding some chips for myself. I was down to 240, but grinded it back up to what I had there before idiot boy.

That reminds me, earlier in the week I started that Online League I won as a 'prize' in the LPPL, Sunday bloody morning.

I lose half my stack, so move all in with A-8 suited with a couple of players left. Get called by J-2!

nothing-nothing-nothing-nothing-Jack.

How the hell did he win the prize in the first place?!?

Don't bet under half pot @ turn. Keep bets going at 60-80%.

You also don't have to call. You need to consider how likely he is to spaz out here and I don't have any stats on him. At 10NL it does seem feasible that they may NOT have you beat but it's quite a massive overbet. I seems like potentially a bluff I suppose and I am calling also.

I just lost to another straight flush :fp:

I had 66 and the flop was 623 all clubs. The turn is another 2 so I have a full house and opponent goes all-in with 55 which I call. River is the 4 clubs and so he has a straight flush :|

That was a tournament ($5 rebuy). The guy with 55 has not folded a single hand so far (he's played 70 hands out of 70), even if someone goes all-in pre-flop he will call with anything and just rebuy if he loses
After losing to the straight flush I rebought and tripled up with 77 after flopping a set.

Been getting coolers all day so down from $620 to $580. I suppose that's alright, just have to deal with the variance.

I actually had a good cash game session for once, I was playing 3 tables and doubled up on all 3 :D

One of the tables had an absolutely awful player. He played 90% of hands and if he hit bottom pair or any sort of draw he would call practically any bet just to see some more cards. In one hand I hit a straight on the river and he bet before me, so I reraised him, and then he min-raised me back. As there was a possible flush I just called his min-raise and it turned out he only had a pair of 2's
