Next episode of The Big Game is up.
http://www.pokerstars.tv/poker-video-10088-the-big-game-2-week-6-episode-2.html

Tony G is a bit out of order in this one. He looks at his cards, sees AK, and goes all-in against Helmuths raise, then tells everyone he didn't look and is all-in blind.

Like he wasn't out of order in the other one? He's a massive tool.

I posted about this a while back. He's not "a bit" out of order at all. Completely crosses the line. He's a massive massive cretin. Always has been, always will be.

Nice result DML. What's your roll looking like now?

I'm only a bit leniant towards Tony G as it is Helmuth he is annoying, and Helmuth has dished out his fair share so should be able to take it himself. He did go too far this time though.

Perhaps I am just retarded but am I a tool for considering folding ever here? The only stats I run are VPIP and PFR. So he is a huge nit. Just checking.

He's shoving about 8BB you've got 2:1 to call and you've got QQ. Super snap pump fist jizz call. He just happened to have AA/KK here didn't he?

I call but then he always shows AA or KK and I wish I had folded.

If his range here is simply KK+, AKs, and AKo then it's a call. If you can tighten his range even more by removing AKo then it's technically a fold but I think you are better off calling and losing a little bit of equity than being wrong about his range and folding, losing a lot of equity.

TBH because I'm still looking for full time work its not really an option to roll massively at the moment, I am just keeping £60 - £70 in there and seeing what I can do with it for now. The first time I win after a job security/massive hit situation I'll start a full-on roll. I've found a game I can regularly beat and I'm just going to stick with it.

I agree with enco.

the blind sizes aren't allowing a fold there. he has AK or a lower pp than QQ more often than he has AA or KK (statisticly?)

Busted the Omaha rebuy in a huge pot for top 5 stack. I managed to get some guy to put half his stack in with his A995 vs. my AA52 pre flop. He makes quads.

Yeah I called I was just checking. I ran through stove and 40% vs AK, KK+ so obv got to go and as Gaz says if you tak out AKs then its 27% so less than the 33%.

I called and he had 88, guess he got tired of folding? Perhaps he isn't that tight just running bad pre and 88 was best thing he saw to ship.

Agree now, obv call, just thought I'd post something where I had to at least think rather than another tournament win.

96.

However I've moved tables a few times so my stats on this table will probably be slightly more active, like 8/8.
