I very nearly won a seat to the Sunday Mil

It was one of those double shootout tournaments. The first table only had four players and I won it. Then final table was 10 players (top 2 win a seat) and I built my stack up from 1500 to 5500 and was clear leader with almost everyone else having about 1000 chips. Everytime I got someone all-in I was either favourite or it was a flip but I lost them all. It was hands like AQs < KJo. Eventually I get it in with A9 and i'm snap-called by 66. Flop gives me a flush draw as well as the two overcards but it still misses everything and I'm out in 5th. :(

I did win a place in the $1mil Turbo Takedown. Normally it's 3000FPP to enter and I did a 99FPP rebuy and ended up using 13 rebuys and 1 addon  :fp: The main reason was because I built up a nice stack and then the only guy who had me covered happened to get AA when I pushed with AK.
So it cost about 1500FPP in the end but that's still half what it cost to register directly, so not too bad.

I played another double shootout and won a seat this time :D. I also have a $10k raketherake freeroll so it's going to be a busy Sunday!

Plus, I've just reached the cash in a $20 MTT so its been quite a good day.

I was just playing those Main Event Race freerolls on fulltilt. They start every 4mins and it 225 players with top 2 winning a seat to round 2.

So I loaded up a load of them and I managed to make three final tables.
In the first I went out 5th but I can't remember the hand.
In the second one I also went out 5th after shoving with AK and getting snap called by 9To, they river a 9
In the third I get down to the final three and the blinds are so big now that I only have 6BB and the other two both have about 9 or 10BB. So I shove from the BTN with A7s and get called by JTo for most of their stack, they river a Ten and I am bubble-boy

It looks like in round 2 only two go through to the final anyway, so they're probably a waste of time.

 Easiest £70 ever. Guy sat down with £100. I PTR him and is a donk. First couple of hands we played he was insane and fortunately I got KK and took £30ish from him. Then this came up and lol @ call.

Also stacked someone 2nd hand for £100 yesterday with AA vs T2 on a 7T739 board. Pretty good day tbh. Rolling like near £5k again.

Also stop playing if it's tilting you.

It isn't tilting me as it doesn't affect the way I play hands. Besides you know I don't tilt.

Just got a guy AI at the flop with my AA vs his flopped straight to run a boat for $100. :shifty:

Over 50buyins for £100 now so trying to play much more £100 and 100 euro tables rather than £50NL. Might even hit some $200NL if there are some fishies later. Thank you deucescracked!

Just qualified to the second round in one of these. Starts in a couple of hours, and also managed to satellite into a $1 ME satellite with my left over Full Tilt points rather than paying the dollar.

I would normally just muck it but I'd been dealt nothing for 4 or 5 hands in a row and the blinds were so big that I couldn't just keep folding every time. I thought as I'd folded so many previous hands he might give me credit for something, but it was very bad timing.

Edit: Running so bad today :shifty:
