They're already making a JRPG with Infinite Space :shifty:

A DS jRPG isn't exactly going to break the bank, and it's being co-developed with Nude Maker. Quite interesting to see both studios working together though, as both are comprised of ex-Capcom staff.

Platinum could do for the JRPG what they did for the, err, Bayonetta genre.

You are correct.

Is this in addition to the game he's making with Suda, or is this that game? In the case of the latter, we already know (sort of) what it is.

I believe this is a separate game, I think the game with Suda is the EA game they're working on.

Update: The timer on PlatinumGames' website has been changed, and now appears to count down to Monday 1st February rather than this Friday. The first two digits, which we assume to be days, read "04" last night but now read "26".

If Mikami is doing a survival horror I predict the reviews to use lines such as 'the game Resi 5 wanted to be' and 'the spiritual sequel to Resident Evil 4'.

According to Geoff Keighley on twitter this is "a big Epic title!".

Just over 20 hours to go until the unveil.
