Nearly time for lights out, still don’t think Ferrari will take the win, think it’ll be between Verstappen and Norris, no one though Red Bull would be anywhere near the front before qualifying, so unless the setup butchers the tyres, he’s going to be in the mix, don’t care who really wins as long as it’s a good race, but we’ve not had much of that this year :(

If Norris can stay around a second or two, he could jump him in the pit stops, will be good to see where Piastri can get to.

Edit, not that Verstappen is pulling away massively, but is it to much to ask for to get a good race?

Sky have the Practice session commentary team on duty because that’s about right for how exciting this race is.

This race is in desperate need of a safety car.

Magnussen might give us one soon

Another dire race so far, has there actually been a good Grand Prix so far in 2024?

Yes it's boring, I haven't even heard the Ferrari pit wall say they're checking anything today.

That would be because Leclerc has a new race engineer, there will be no more “we are checking” :(

Edit, or might we get a final push from Norris?

Lando suddenly has serious pace. Could get spicy in the last few laps.

Unless Verstappen is massively holding off, Norris has got him here.

At least this race might have an interesting last 8 laps then, still doesn’t stop F1 from being in a very bad place.

He’s bottled it. Lost confidence in the tyre after those two errors

Yeah that's that. Even if he gets within a second there won't be any time to overtake Verstappen.

Damn it, might have pushed a bit too hard those last couple of laps.

Great effort though. Almost more impressive from Lando than last week in a way. No damage to the RB, no safety car.

McLaren might have actually caught up to Red Bull.

Red Bull and Verstappen still win, even on a weekend where they didn’t get anywhere near a decent setup till FP3 and qualifying. Decent last few laps at least. Still a great effort from Lando though, definitely think he and McLaren will be getting another win or two at least this year.

The sim race didn’t seem to affect him much did it?
