Lamarr and Amstell are completely different, and equally funny.

This, however, was Amstell's finest moment:

It'd be good if Sean came back to do it. But it probably will end up being Noel Fielding. I don't normally like him but on NMTB he's pretty good, because Simon mocks him for his rubbish Mighty Boosh humour, so he justs acts like a normal-ish comedian.

I thought Noel was funny.

Why all the Noel hate? Is it because he's cool and a hit with the ladies?

So far this year, I have eaten NO mince pies.

Less of the old, thank you.

Apt though, especially with my new Denster photoshop.

It's a real shame, but, eh, he's not as big a loss as Amstell would be.

So long as they don't do anything to make the show more like Mock the Week I'll be happy.

No, it's because he was a comedy vacuum, and anyone who actually found him in any way amusing should get themselves committed ASAP.

I think it's probably because he has the strangest nose in the entire world.

You're just jealous.

I'd love Noel Fielding to do it permanantly.

Noel Fielding and that guy that is going out with Kate Nash were well funny together. I wouldn't mind him doing it permanently, but there are a few others I'd like to see do it as well.

When Noel Fielding was on, I didn't laugh once at anything he said. It's like he says random bollocks and expects everyone to laugh at it because it's so random. Utter knobend.

They've apparently announced the permanent replacement for Bill Bailey.

Noel Fielding is to be a team captain on the next series of music quiz Never Mind The Buzzcocks.

The Mighty Boosh star is to be a permanent replacement on the show for fellow comedian Bill Bailey, it has been reported.

Bailey left the BBC2 show last year and on the last series a string of guest celebrities stood in for him as team captain against rival Phill Jupitus.

Not surprised with the amount he's been on the show in the past. I like the guy so it's fine with me. No Bill though. :(
