Monopoly City Streets - MMO Monopoly!

Let's group together and make GRcadesville, and fill it with castles.

It is creaking, thats for sure. I've seen some streets bought around "Oxford St, Westminster, London W1" (a location given in the FAQ so I knew things would work around there) with buildings on them and such, and even got as far as a list of streets.

Blue ones are already taken.

Edit: Excellent, Lancaster seems to be creaking into life now. Time to buy this bitch up. Load times are agonising though. Definitely something to leave open in the background until the servers quieten down.

There is certainly a way, I used to do it when I was about 12 and had just found the internet 8-)

A quick google search suggests pogo.com has an online version for four players.

I have a username for this now. I'm Roonmastor. There should be a friend/foe list that you can add it to somewhere.

I bet the street I want to buy will have gone by the time this stupid thing fixes itself.

It is actually working but you have to be very patient. Once you click somewhere just wait out for it to work as it'll continually try. I just search for a city (so Lancaster) zoom into the centre and await it to list the streets. Once you've got through and bought one it'll give you a username/password screen.

strawberry float!! Lancaster is getting bought up whilst this things lags about. I've only gotten one street and the iconic ones are taken now.

Edit: I seem to have been given a boot as my icon. I hate the boot. :evil:

I just broke out the ol' Monopoly set.

I have all the Deeds, ten player pieces, about 30 houses and 13 hotels, 16 Chance and 16 Community Chest cards, and only about £10,000 in cash.

Oh and two dice from Risk.

I got to the "register" screen and now it's stuck there. This is gooseberry fool. You'd have thought they'd have invested in some better servers.
