I just thought I'd remind everyone that Man on Wire is on BBC2 tomorrow at 9pm. It's such a great film I think everyone should at least give it a try.

Amazing film. I've never seen anyone as passionate about anything as much as Philippe is for tightrope walking. I love the moments when he's describing what happens where his arms are gesticulating all over the place.

I have it on DVD. It's a amazing film. Truly remarkable man too and the feat he did was amazing from planning to execution.

It's pretty good but I was disappointed by the lack of footage of his stunts.

I mean hearing the guy talk passionately about it is good but that's pretty much all it is, 5 or 6 people sitting down talking at you for 90 minutes.

It's the way they talk that makes it such a great film. Everyone involved is so passionate about the stunt it makes the whole story come alive.

No doubt, it's fairly miraculous that it can keep you interested for so long

Come on, you hear about a film that's all about a guy who tight rope walks between the two towers and you weren't even a little disappointed there was no proper footage.

I'm gonna watch it, the title is too good for me not to.

It's like a Denzel Washington film, but it's not!

At the end there is footage. Plus loads of photos and stuff like his previous work.

I thought it was great. If you've not seen it and you're even slightly interested by the idea of it, go ahead and watch it. :)

Watched this a few weeks ago, was very good. It's amazing how much thought, planning and luck went in to the final stunt. x

Yeah, without the luck they wouldn't have got anywhere. But they managed to get that guy on board who worked there, and the main guy staked out the place for weeks beforehand. The bit where they were hiding under the covers though, and then when they would have been spotted by the guard had he not been asleep at his desk. You couldn't imagine better luck. x

Excellent documentary - I saw it on a plane, but became entranced. Aside from its subject matter being amazing its humorous and touching.

On in a min.

EDIT: Didn't know David Moyes was in it.
