A girl at work is constantly going on about Jade Goody and says that she'll actually cry when Jade dies.

It's highly irritating though, how much people go on about it at work. "It's sooooo sad" they all say, all the time, every day.

How are they going to make someone lying motionless on a bed entertaining? Are they gonna have her ECG on the screen so we can watch it fade away to the Countdown music or something?

I wonder if she'll say weird delirious things when she dies. Timothy Leary had his death taped and apparently he keeps saying "Beautiful" and "Why not?"

This seems like one huge parody. Are we really living this?

This just shows how bad the celebrity culture has become. We hardly hear of the death of people that really make a difference such as prize winning Scientists but Celebrity's get people out in hordes.

I can see the Government getting in on this and trying to link a policy with it. "Jade's Law - the right of every chubby lass who goes bald to get a free makeover and day out at Chessington World of Adventure"
